How does the Zoneout fit run?
Oversized tees are intentionally roomy. Use your regular size for the intended fit and compare the product measurements before ordering.
When will my order dispatch?
Most stocked orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Campaign drops and pre-orders may display a different timeline.
Can I pay by UPI or Cash on Delivery?
UPI, cards and net banking are handled through Razorpay. COD can be enabled or disabled from admin settings and may carry a handling fee.
How do returns and exchanges work?
Eligible unworn products can be requested from your account or the public returns page. The policy active at purchase determines final eligibility.
How do I know a restock is coming?
Choose a sold-out size and use Notify Me. The admin panel shows demand by variant and can send alerts when stock returns.
Can I log in with Google, email or phone?
Yes. Supabase supports Google OAuth, email OTP and phone OTP. Verified identities can be associated with one customer account.
Are the campaign images final?
This source package includes original Zoneout placeholder artwork. Replace it through the admin media library with final product and campaign photography before launch.
